Recently, our factory has completed the expansion and upgrade of the SAE flange production line, adding a full set of forging, CNC machining and inspection equipment. Mass production of full-size SAE flanges from DN15 to DN125 has been realized, and our stock inventory is greatly expanded to shorten lead time, providing stable and fast supply for domestic and foreign hydraulic equipment manufacturers and engineering contractors.

Complying with SAE J518 / ISO 6162 standards, SAE flanges include Code 61 (3000PSI) standard pressure series and Code 62 (6000PSI) heavy-duty high-pressure series. As core pressure-bearing components for pumps, valves, hydraulic power units and pipeline connections, SAE flanges are widely used in construction machinery, mining equipment, injection molding machines, marine and offshore hydraulic piping systems.

To meet growing market demand, we upgraded production capacity and optimized CNC machining workflow with strict pre-delivery inspection. Our product portfolio covers DN15~DN125 full bore sizes, including one-piece welded flanges, split flange clamps, 90° elbow flanges, blind flanges and adapter flanges. Material options include galvanized carbon steel, 304/316L stainless steel, 2205 & 2507 duplex stainless steel to fit general industry, offshore salt corrosion and heavy impact working conditions. Every flange passes NDT, dimensional check and sealing surface inspection to guarantee vibration resistance and leak-free performance under high pressure.

Major sizes of DN15-DN125 SAE flanges are kept in stock for quick order processing and shipment, solving customers’ pain points of long lead time for urgent projects. Besides standard off-the-shelf items, custom service is available. We can develop special SAE flanges according to customer drawings or samples for valve block modification and pipeline retrofitting.

With upgraded production lines, we realize full independent control from forging blanks, precision machining, surface treatment to final inspection, stabilizing quality and delivery. We support bulk purchasing for OEM hydraulic machinery manufacturers and small urgent orders for mining & offshore projects.
